Reservation Dogs is a half-hour comedy from Co-Creators and Executive Producers Sterlin Harjo and Taika Waititi that follows the exploits of four Indigenous teenagers in rural Oklahoma: “Elora Danan” (Devery Jacobs), “Bear Smallhill” (D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai), “Willie Jack” (Paulina Alexis), and “Cheese” (Lane Factor).
It’s also the first series shot entirely in Oklahoma. On August 9, 2021 (International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples), the series premiered on Hulu under the FX on Hulu branding. The series was renewed for a second season in September 2021, which will premiere on August 3, 2022.
Reservation Dogs piqued the interest of comedy fans due to its production team and cast, as well as the show’s cleverly structured plot. One of the reasons for the series’ popularity is that it was created by multi-award-winning actor and director Taika Waititi and American filmmaker Sterlin Harjo. D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai is a 20-year-old Canadian actor best known for his role in Reservation Dogs as Bear Smallhill, a gang member who has visions of a spirit guide. He co-starred in the feature film Beans with Paulina Alexis and has appeared in TV shows such as Holly Hobbie (his TV debut), Murdoch Mysteries, and Tribal.

Zahn McClarnon
Zahn McClarnon, 55, is an American actor who plays Officer Big, a light horseman in the film Reservation Dogs.
